As a bride, you want a day-of coordinator that handles any situations on your wedding day so that you can just be present. Sarah went above and beyond to help us with our day-of coordination for our wedding. Her team helped handle any problems that came up on our big day, helped decorate, created a detailed timeline and helped us stick to it, contacted all of our vendors in advance, and so much more! She made us feel like a guest at our own wedding. I cannot thank her enough!

Sarah at Ivory Belle Events was truly wonderful to work with! I moved from VA to NC about a month before my wedding and was in a spiral about getting everything done in time. I talked to 2 other wedding planners/coordinators prior to talking with Sarah and I'm so happy that we found her! From our first phone call, she was already helping me brainstorm ideas for food and sent me a dj reccomendation. Two weeks before our wedding, our photographer backed out, Sarah immediately reached out to someone and found someone to help me in less than a day! She was always helpful in answering my questions and communicating with the venue. My wedding day went amazingly smooth because of her, she came and checked on me throughout the morning while I was getting ready and helped me stay calm when I was stressing out. I 100% recommend her and Ivory Belle Events, I was able to focus on making memories on my wedding day instead of worrying about all the details.
