What types of weddings do you plan?
I specialize in refined, timeless weddings across the Southeast, ranging from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations. Whether your vision is classic, modern, romantic, or Southern-inspired, I curate every detail with intention and beauty.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular seasons. I accept a limited number of weddings per year to ensure an elevated level of service, so early booking is encouraged.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — I happily serve couples throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia. Custom travel packages are available for destinations outside the immediate region.
How many weddings do you take per year?
I intentionally limit my calendar to ensure each couple receives a deeply personalized and attentive experience. This allows me to be fully present during planning and deliver the level of service Ivory Belle is known for.
Do you work with a team on the wedding day?
Yes. Depending on the scope and logistics of your event, I bring professionally trained assistants to ensure every detail is managed smoothly. This allows me to remain fully accessible to you while my team supports vendor coordination, setup oversight, and guest needs.

Do you offer custom proposals?
Absolutely. If your wedding requires additional support, multiple locations, large guest counts, or unique services, I build tailored proposals that honor your specific needs.
Why aren’t your packages called “day-of coordination”?
“Day-of” does not truly exist in wedding planning — seamless execution requires weeks of preparation. Even in my Cornerstone Experience, coordination begins 6–8 weeks before your wedding to ensure every detail is organized.
Do you work with specific vendors?
I curate vendors based on your style, budget, and personality — ensuring a trusted, cohesive team that aligns with your wedding vision. There are no required vendors, but I only recommend partners who uphold professional standards and exceptional service.
Do you offer design-only or coordination-only services?
Not at this time. My services are structured to ensure every wedding receives the comprehensive attention and design intention needed for a seamless, elevated experience.
Do you work with all budgets?
I partner with couples who value intentional planning and a well-executed experience. While budgets vary, I help you make informed decisions and prioritize what matters most to create a celebration that feels both beautiful and meaningful.

What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
You’ll never know it happened. My job is to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues calmly and efficiently — allowing you to remain fully present and stress-free.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ivory Belle Events maintains professional liability insurance, and certificates of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
Do you help with venue selection?
Yes — this is part of The Belle Experience and can be added to custom proposals. I help evaluate aesthetic fit, logistical flow, budget considerations, and vendor policies.
Do you manage guest accommodations and transportation?
Yes, depending on the Experience chosen. Full-service planning includes comprehensive guest experience support; other services include simplified versions of this.
Do you coordinate with our vendors before the wedding day?
Yes. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I reach out to every vendor to confirm timelines, logistics, delivery details, and expectations. This ensures the entire team is aligned, prepared, and able to work together seamlessly on your wedding day—so everything feels effortless for you.
FINAL DETAILS
How involved are you during the final weeks before the wedding?
The final weeks are when your planning truly comes together. I take a highly hands-on approach during this time—finalizing timelines, confirming vendors, reviewing layouts, and ensuring every detail is aligned. My goal is for you to enter wedding week feeling calm, informed, and genuinely excited.
Do you attend the rehearsal?
Yes. I lead the rehearsal to ensure your wedding party feels confident and your ceremony flows smoothly. This time is also helpful for final reminders, vendor coordination, and setting expectations for the day ahead.
What do we need to provide before the wedding day?
Before your wedding, I’ll send a checklist outlining any final items needed—such as décor pieces, personal items, special instructions, or family details. Everything is gathered, labeled, and organized so it can be seamlessly incorporated into your setup.
How are final details handled after the wedding?
Following your celebration, I ensure personal items and décor are organized for pickup and assist with any final vendor coordination. I remain available for post-wedding questions and guidance so your experience feels complete from our first consultation to the final farewell.
